Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation Department affiliated to the Faculty of Health Sciences was established in 2008 and started undergraduate education in the 2011-2012 academic year. With the 2014-2015 spring semester, the Master’s program with thesis started and students were admitted to the doctoral program in the 2016-2017 spring semester. As of 2021, our department continues its undergraduate/postgraduate education and research activities with 3 professors, 6 doctoral faculty members, 1 lecturer and 9 research assistants.
Our Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation Department was accredited for 2 years on 13.03.2020 by the Health Sciences Education Programs Evaluation and Accreditation Association (FEDEK).
1 anatomy laboratory, 1 exercise application laboratory, 1 electrotherapy laboratory and 1 application study laboratory organized for our students to study and practice in their free time; There are 5 classrooms and 1 postgraduate education hall in our department building, which is located in a separate building from the Faculty of Health Sciences.At the Private Kalyon FTR Center, which was established to provide an environment for clinical studies of our students and to carry out scientific studies,
