Announcement About One Course Exam

One course exam will be held for the students who need to pass only one course as of end of 2014-2015 Academic year. The information and conditions related to one course exam are stated below.
On the condition that the students took all the courses in the program and didn’t fail because of absenteeism, without considering the mark taken from one lesson, the students are given a chance for one course exam.
One course exam is held twice a year, the first one after the makeup exams in fall term and the second one after summer school process as stated in the academic calendar.
  In order to utilize the right of one course exam the students have to apply to the faculties or schools within two days after the results of exams conducted after makeup exams or summer school exams.
After the status of the students is examined, department or program chairman will submit the names that will utilize this chance to the board of management for approval. The students who can take the exam and exam dates are determined by the board of management.
The students have the right to attend the one-course exam for each term.
In one course exam, the assessment is done only by taking the exam into the consideration.
Without taking into account the determination of letter grade of midterm exam, one lesson letter grade is determined by considering ranges from a previous exam.
